We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you can exchange it for another item on the store within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund/exchange items that appear to have been used or are not in original condition.
Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. It is also your responsibility as the consumer to pay the return fee.
HOW TO RETURN:
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
